This looked like a beautiful, spacious venue, and I was really looking forward to viewing the space. Unfortunately, I was not able to see it due to a lack of communication. My showing was scheduled for today at 10:15 AM. I arrived at 10:00 AM and waited. At 10:22 AM, I called the number listed on the website because no one was at the venue. The owner answered and asked if I was at the correct address. I initially thought I was, but realized I was at the wrong suite. I immediately went to the correct suite, which was only two doors down, and there was still no one there. While I was on the phone, I explained that no one was at the venue. She told me someone should be there because he had another showing scheduled for 10:00 AM and said she would call him. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call or any communication letting me know if he was on the way or what was happening. At the end of the day, communication matters. Your first impression should be professional, organized, and welcoming especially when someone is considering booking your venue for an event. I understand that things happen, but a simple follow-up call or text would have made a huge difference. I was genuine

The venue space was amazing.! We were able to fit 80+ people there. I was provided with a blue tooth speaker, the tables and chairs (which were very durable), and the bathroom was very nice. I was also provided toilet paper and towels. The space has a microwave and fridge which fit many many beverages. There was also a mop and broom for the clean up process. Overall I had a great time and April responded to my request and calls extremely fast. Thank you for a great experience!

CC Event Center was the perfect venue for my daughter's birthday party. The size was more than enough space for our 100 guests. April was wonderful and made the experience easy and was even willing to accommodate last minute details. We will definitely be repeat customers.

This is a spacious event space great for any type of party, baby shower, wedding reception, birthday party, kids party in a great area.. nice size kitchen and indoor bathrooms.. great for your next party
